Shipping + Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery (FREE)
- Europe Only
- Express Delivery: Ships in 1 to 3 working days, with an additional transit time of 5-10 working days.
Shipping Times by Region:
- Europe: Transit time takes 5-10 working days.
- USA: Transit time takes 7-14 working days.
- India: Transit time takes 7-14 working days.
- New Zealand: Transit time takes 7-14 working days.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm.
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
All orders will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package ships.
Our Guarantee
We understand that sometimes orders can be lost or damaged during transit. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact our support team.
All of our products are designed to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or replacement.
Important Remarks:
- Refunds are not provided for free items. However, replacements are available for items lost during shipping.
- Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if it is damaged.

Your tracking number will be sent automatically when we ship your order (it may take up to 2 days). Tracking numbers typically consist of 13 characters and start and end with a letter.
