Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If a product arrives faulty, you will receive a full refund after providing a photo.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging (the inner packaging must not be tampered with).
  • Have never been assembled or used.
  • Be in full salable condition upon return to our warehouse.

If you received a replacement and now wish to return the item, you must return both the replacement and original item. Failure to return both items will result in a denied refund.

All returns must be post-dated within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns exceeding the 30-day window or arriving in extremely used condition will not be accepted. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be denied in such cases.

Return Shipping

  • The packing slip/receipt sent with your order is not a return label.
  • No RMA is required.
  • We do not offer return labels or cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your package is refused or returned to us ('Return to Sender'), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refused packages may incur additional fees deducted from eligible refunds.

When returning your item, please include:

  • Name and email used for the order.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for return or the item you wish to exchange for.
  • A piece of paper, enclosed packing slip, or a printout of your email confirmation to expedite processing.

Processing time: 7-14 days upon receipt of the return.

For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

As a small company, we appreciate any feedback regarding product issues to help improve future products.

Refunds

Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing. You will be notified if the return is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If the refund does not appear after 5 business days, please contact support@mukare.com to verify the refund status.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was processed and you have not received a refund confirmation email, check your Junk/SPAM folder.

If no email is found and the refund is not credited within 5 business days, contact support@mukare.com to verify the refund status.

Missing Item(s)

Contact support@mukare.com within 5 days of receiving your order if any items are missing.

If the package appears tampered with, we encourage you to file a claim with the carrier.

Verify your packing slip for all listed items. If an item is missing, provide:

  • A photo of the packing slip.
  • A photo of all package contents.
  • A photo of the shipping label.

Failure to notify us within 5 days of the delivery date will result in the order being assumed as received correctly, and no compensation will be provided.
